L&D Specialist- Creative Arts!
£33K - £36K
3 days a week onsite

Our client, a Creative Arts organisation is looking for a L&D Specialist for their growing team. The organisation is unique and we are looking for someone special to join the L&D function. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will own, develop and embed learning pathways for all employees. The organisation’s headcount is over 3000, including permanent, freelance and volunteers.

You will deliver inductions and be involved in the onboarding process, making sure the content and delivery is as slick as it can be. The organisation is going through a huge transformation with a huge push on training. Projects include FOH training, systems training, EDI delivery, Health and Safety, new manager training and leadership development. This role will be heavily focused on programme management; performing a training needs analysis, partnering with stakeholders to develop content, and then delivering the programmes via e-learning, in classroom or through external providers. Strong stakeholder management is key, with an ability to influence and persuade.

This role could suit a Trainer or Coach, with a passion for culture and arts. You will be hard-working, comfortable with ambiguity and be able to juggle various projects at any one time!
