About the role.

My client is a growing real estate tech workplace platform is now seeking a Marketing Director in a new position, to join the team! 

This is an amazing opportunity to join a real estate start-up and be part of shaping the industry. 

As a Marketing Director you will lead the marketing division, looking after the tech Product Marketing function end to end.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Grow and lead the Product Marketing function end to end 
  • Lead all product and feature GTM launches to market and cross-functionally 
  • Be the go-to organizational resource for understanding the competitive landscape and category dynamics 
  • Craft positioning, shape brand and product messaging, and own all collateral to clients, prospects and end-users. 
  • Own category’s competitive intelligence and industry insights, documenting shared knowledge in internal knowledge bases. 
  • Source and implement best practices, including lead generation, pipeline reporting and dashboards, and establishing marketing KPIs. 
  • Market research – analyse competitors and industry.  
  • Work with senior management team members in crafting annual and long-term strategic plans.
  • Budget management and P&L recommendations. 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5-7+ years in Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Director or Senior Manager role or a similar role.
  • Previous experience establishing the systems, processes, playbooks, budget and metrics required to scale a commercial SaaS business. 
  • Experience working with product, engineering and custom success teams. 
  • Curious minded team player, who seeks out innovative approach to market a product and experience. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Deep knowledge and familiarity working within B2B SaaS/Technology.
  • Knowledge of the workplace experience and/or tenant experience category.
