A super-exciting, independent, creative agency, are on the hunt for a talented Office Manager with the skills and personality to foster a fantastic working culture in a new hybrid WFH model. Based in stunning offices in Central London, this agency has been recognised as one of the best places to work and brings amazing clients, a supportive culture and fantastic benefits. This is a brilliant role for a creative Office Manager who wants to have real input into the daily running of a creative agency and who will help continue the positive, inclusive and high performing culture now that the agency model as changed.

Day to day, as Office Manager, your role will involve overseeing the day to day operations and space as well as working with HR and the Founders to ensure everyone has everything they need to perform at their best. You will oversee a junior Office Assistant and the FOH, coordinating catering and room management and ensuring excellent levels of service at all times. You will manage anything related to office procurement and supplies, will oversee and track the budget and will lead on any company and team events! You will oversee IT, manage training, work with vendors and suppliers to ensure the space is immaculate and will also get involved in the organisation of any renovations. Alongside this, you will assist the Senior Management Team with any PA support including diary management, expenses, travel & administration. This is a juicy role within a small agency where you can have a voice and get really stuck in!

To be right for this exciting role, you should come with some at least 2 years’ experience in an Office Manager role and bring strong administrative skills. You will be a proactive, self-starter with good foresight, top class communication skills (verbal & written) and excellent organisation. Most importantly, you should be a positive, ‘can do’ person with the drive to go above and beyond to look after the team! Nothing will be too big or small for you and you understand how to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
