Office Manager Part-Time

£40K (Pro-rata 25-30K)
9-Month FTC (Mat Cover)

Central London

Our client, an exciting mobile gaming start-up, are on the look out for an experienced office manager on a part-time basis to join their exciting central London space. This a fantastic opportunity to run their fun and creative space, bring ideas and be a part of a fast-growing start-up culture.

Day to day this role will see you:

  • Organising team events and incentives to make the office a super-fun place to be
  • Liaising with vendors, maintenance and building landlords to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Being the first POC for any issues
  • Ordering office supplies and any other equipment
  • Introducing new ways to bond the team and creative a great working atmosphere
  • Managing and creating great relationships with suppliers

To be a great fit for this role you will:

  • Have 2+ years office management experience
  • Be H&S and Fire Warden qualified
  • Experience planning great team events
  • Have an outgoing, positive and pro-active energy
  • Take pride in your work and enjoy building great work relationships along the way
