Operations Assistant - Workshops / Events
Location: Shoreditch, London
Sunday - Thursday (Friday and sat off)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Small, Events Company specialising in hosting workshops across the UK, are looking for a brilliant Operations Assistant to join their team. Based in East London, this role will be integral to the running of this small, tight-knit company. Your role will primarily involve providing operational support during the week and managing workshops on Sundays. The successful candidate will be a charismatic, customer-focused individual with a knack for problem-solving and a proactive mind-set.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting workshops on Sundays (training provided).
  • Assisting with workshops or other tasks during the week.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • General operational support, including admin, marketing, and customer service tasks.
  • Inbox management
  • Collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager on various projects.
Qualifications:
  • Previous operations experience, preferably in events.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Small business mind-set with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
  • Team player with strong analytical skills.
