Based in East London, this role will be integral to the running of this small, tight-knit company. Your role will primarily involve providing operational support during the week and managing workshops on Sundays. The successful candidate will be a charismatic, customer-focused individual with a knack for problem-solving and a proactive mind-set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting workshops on Sundays (training provided).
- Assisting with workshops or other tasks during the week.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
- General operational support, including admin, marketing, and customer service tasks.
- Inbox management
- Collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager on various projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous operations experience, preferably in events.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Small business mind-set with flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications.
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
- Team player with strong analytical skills.
