PA / Studio Coordinator - Events & Experience Design Agency
South London£25-30K (DOE)We have a new and exciting opportunity for an amazing PA/Studio Assistant to join an exciting small team specialising in experiential marketing, brand activations and design. Based in central London this role supports the founder of the company and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in brands, marketing, sustainability & events to get stuck into their great culture and grow a career.
Day to day the role will see you:
- Booking travel for the senior team
- Scheduling client meetings
- Getting involved with research tasks for their brand events
- Helping with new business, chatting to clients
- Keeping the office space beautiful, making sure everyone has what they need and ordering supplies
- Assisting in social media marketing and running their channels
- Copywriting and running their monthly newsletter
- Assisting on event days in roles such as Artist Liaison, Runner and general crew
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have 2+ years of PA experience in a creative / events environment
- Be passionate about brands, marketing, and influencer culture
- Be an organisation queen
- Be excited to get involved with brand activation events
- Have an interest in sustainability
- Be proactive and get things done!
