Our client, a creative consultancy that works with some of the leading companies in the creative world are looking ffor a confident, hands-on Office Manager to join their team on a part time basis (3 days a week)! As Office Manager you will be totally responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the office approaching anything that arises proactively with a real ‘can do’ attitude, whilst bringing your own charismatic flare to the role!
As Office Manager you will be the first port of call for all internal employees, freelancers and external suppliers whilst also having the ability to truly shape and influence the company culture through various projects! You will be the ‘go to’ for dealing with any general office admin; booking meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering phones, building management whilst also assisting in the organisation of company and client events including research and bookings. You will also provide administrative support to the Senior Management team doing anything from diary management, domestic and international travel booking to dealing with expenses and any ad hoc task that might come up!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as an Office Manager within the creative and media industry. You will be a real people’s person; friendly, confident, chatty, along with being a natural organiser with a real knack for spinning lots of plates at once.
