Personal Assistant & Office Manager - Media + Creative Agency London (+hybrid working) 25-28K DOE Exciting Media Planning agency with some of the biggest names in the industry, are in search of a Junior PA + Office Manager to join their thriving team! Based in trendy offices in Soho, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in a supportive culture that fosters growth and learning.
DUTIES: As PA + Office Manager, your role will support the CEO + 2 Founders handling all traditional PA duties:
- Diary and agenda management
- Travel booking
- Booking meetings, lunches, dinners etc.
- Processing expenses
- Building strong relationships across the team and agency clients
- Assist with presentations
Office management support:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office environment
- Organising socials e.g. Christmas party etc.
- Ordering stock and stationary
- Maintaining relationships and negotiating with office vendors and service providers
- Managing health and safety policies
- Ad hoc support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passionate about advertising / Creative
- Experience working as a PA/ OM ideally or transferrable skills
- Experience in a creative environment / agency
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent diary management skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills with a strong working ethic
- Top class communication with a fun, outgoing and vibrant personality
- High EQ and able to read the room and manage up as required
- Self-driven, hunger to learn and develop.
- Curious and interested in the industry
- Positive and proactive
- Character and personality - someone who will bring a presence to the office!
