About the role.

Calling all Project Coordinators / PAs with a passion for People, Diversity & Inclusion!

A brand new role for an exciting creative agency with an unbeatable culture has just arisen! This is a contract role for 9 months covering maternity.

Based in stunning offices in East London (part remote), this role will be part of a driven, forward thinking team, in a socially responsible agency with people at its core. You will be part of a large, global network with a far reach yet collaborative style and a true passion for shared thinking and experience.

As Project Coordinator within the People & Culture team, your role will be a hybrid, varied position covering extensive logistics & event organisation as well as PA support to a C-suite member. You will also work closely with the Director of People and Culture on any projects that arise from managing internal surveys to planning large-scale trips or planning a webinar series! You will be the person behind the curtain, ensuring all scheduling takes place and actions are followed up. You will arrange meetings, book travel, organise expenses, plan events (virtual and IRL). Diversity and inclusion is a key element to this role and the business in general; that said, you must be passionate about bringing diversity to the forefront of the agenda. You will be the lynch pin of the team, offering and facilitating connection and seamless workflow and covering a range of duties that will keep you busy!

To be considered for this fantastic role, you must be a confident person with excellent communication and people skills. You should bring at least 3 years’ experience in a similar PM/ Coordinator role, ideally from within a similar global network in the creative industry. You will bring excellent organisation and project management skills with proven ability to run events and track information and time lines. You should be passionate about diversity and people in general; experience in a D&I capacity would be helpful but passion in this area is essential! This is a fast paced, ever changing environment so you must be used to working at pace within the creative and working with multiple stakeholders.

This is a fantastic agency with top class benefits and an inclusive and progressive culture where you can bring your entire self to work. If this sounds like the right place for you, do not delay and send your CV for an immediate interview!
