We have a new exciting opportunity for a Purchaser to join a dynamic and fast-paced agency, who are leading in a specialty market for luxury workwear fashion. This role will see you working closely with the Client Services team, playing an essential role in their delivery of products/projects, building relationships with suppliers, and taking ownership of the purchasing process. This a great opportunity for someone who loves a spreadsheet and is good with numbers, but also loves to build relationships and work with people. They have a fantastic culture of promoting from within & like to develop their talent, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn & grow. The position is based in East London & will be full-time in the office initially for a 6 months training period, moving then to a hybrid 3:2 working structure.

Day to day you will:
- Handle all purchasing for the business, working across their bespoke design products, liaising directly with their production manufacturers based in the EU, alongside their ready-to-order stock, sourcing across different outlets and negotiating with external suppliers
- Problem-solve and work directly with the client team
- Track all purchases, working closely with their database and spreadsheets, chasing stock and any missing product
- Track and assist in the analysis of purchasing, looking closely at profit margins & their P&L to impact the commercial aspect of business

To be a great fit for this role you will:
- Have 2+ years of admin experience from a similar environment
- Be very confident working with excel & databases
- Have demonstrable experience building relationships with suppliers and negotiating
- Be keen to get stuck in, learn & develop
