About the role.

Receptionist (Part-Time)
Days: 2.5 days (2x full days, 1 half)
Central London
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rated)
Based on-site 5 days a week.

We are in search of a top-class Receptionist to join a vibrant, fast-growing creative agency in Central London on a part time basis. As Front of House / Receptionist, you will be the face of this innovative, creative business, ensuring visitors are given a 5* welcome and met with top class service. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house experience, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the wider team. Day to day, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and energetic team and will be based in stunning offices in Central London!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a 5-star hospitality approach.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and handling inquiries.
  • Assist with office management tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including diary management and assisting with events.
  • Facilitate large company meetings both on-site and remotely.
  • Supporting hospitality functions, assisting with catering orders and room set-up
Qualifications + Skills
  • Experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, premium members club or concierge services within creative, luxury hotel, high-end, or similar environments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player who takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support the team as needed.
  • An outgoing, social personality with excellent relationship building skills!
