My client is looking for a Recruitment Assistant who is driven, organised and enthusiastic to join an exciting law firm in their offices in Bank. You will be working closely with the recruitment manager and assisting her with the recruitment process and daily admin duties. It’s a friendly, fun environment, yet still very professional and focused. This is a great opportunity to really develop your existing skills and gain exposure to a wider range. Some of your duties will include diary management, tracking, filing, conflict checks, supporting on assessment days, managing the inbox and prepping docs for new starters. You will have the opportunity to assistant on a wide variety of projects, as the team are very tight knit and agile.
This is currently a 6month FTC, but there is the intention to make the role perm so it’s a great opportunity for you to impress with your ambitious and inquisitive nature!
To succeed in this Recruitment Assistant role, you will need to be naturally organised, have a keen eye for detail and be ready to join and hit the ground running! You will have a natural passion for recruitment and admin and bring a real positive attitude.
