About the role.

Our client, a scaling global digital ventures organisation are looking for a Recruiting Lead to take the reins of their growing internal talent function. We are looking for a driven and tenacious relationship-builder who is able to work strategically, as well as managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles. Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for leading the in-house recruitment team for the London and Paris offices, while working across the following regions: Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa (EMESA).

You will assist with the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy, working closely with both the Head of Talent and the wider People team within the business, while developing the employer brand of the business and identifying hiring needs. Additionally, you will be required to build and manage talent pools, anticipating skills gaps and ensuring an efficient hiring process.

Supported by your Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external recruiters while actively recruiting for a number of internal roles. You will also have the support of the existing Recruiting Lead for the Berlin & EMESA region and will work closely together to ensure continuous improvement of the talent function as a whole. You will also have substantial involvement in new and ongoing projects around D&I and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will be very well-versed in full life-cycle recruitment, from either an agency or in-house background. Experience in the tech and start-up space would be a significant advantage, as you'll need to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure you can hit the ground running from day one. You will also have exceptional line management skills, with demonstrable experience in leading an in-house talent team, and strong stakeholder management skills up to a highly senior level. Once in the role, you'll have the opportunity to add real value to the function and improve and adapt the existing processes to ensure the smooth-running of the team, so if you're looking to make your mark in a rapidly-growing business with a vast array of clients, this could be the perfect role for you!
