Sales Coordinator - Creative 30KSurrey A Global Sound company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide strong administration support for their busy and passionate sales team. This role will be a key-player in ensuring smooth running of the business.
As the Sales Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all queries to the Sales team, you’ll handle administration support including tracking orders, booking shipments, and preparing invoices, and have a chance to provide feedback to streamline customer’s experiences. DUTIES:
- Being the first point-of-contact for all customer sales queries (phone, email, eCommerce site)
- Managing customer setup for all new Ecommerce customers
- Providing strong administration support to the Sales team: entering orders into their system, invoice creation, uploading documentation, checking shipping schedules
- Tracking orders throughout shipping process and resolving any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery
- Providing feedback to IT and Marketing team on how to improve customer experience on Ecommerce sites
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a Sales Coordination role
- Strong administration skills
- Confidence in MS Suite and CRMs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service level and a desire to go above and beyond
- Passion for the music / audio industry
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to multitask with ease and manage ever-changing priorities
- As this role is for a global company, French speaking would be a great bonus
