About the role.

We're partnering with a top Media agency specialising in branded content and entertainment, collaborating closely with ambitious brands to connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

We're in search of a seasoned Account Director, a master at building strong client, media agency, and internal team relationships. Someone who cut through the noise and truly understand the needs of the agencys' Client's, managing campaigns from start to finish, and ensuring adherence to briefs, timelines, and budgets while minimizing client resource strain.

Reporting to a Business Director, this role involves directly managing an Account Manager and overseeing project performance and coordination to meet objectives and keep clients informed.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project development for existing and new clients.
  • Take ownership of project development and delivery for key clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' brands and objectives.
  • Lead day-to-day communication with clients and partners.
  • Set and manage project expectations, timelines, and processes.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project/account/client management.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  • Presentation skills for selling ideas throughout project lifecycles.
  • Experience in account handling and project management.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
