Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and ensuring that their needs are met
- Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and present proposals and creative solutions that meet client objectives
- Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to junior account managers and account coordinators
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management within a branding agency - Packaging agency experience is essential
- Strong understanding of branding and design processes
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful client relationships and growing accounts
