Senior HR Business Partner - Digital Organisation!

£65K - £70K + Bonus 

Hybrid 


Our client, a scaling global Digital Ventures organisation are looking for a Senior HRBP, in a newly created role. We are looking for a driven, inspiring relationship builder who expertly balance the business needs with a “people first” approach. Reporting into the Head of People, you will be you act as a strategic BP, accountable for the London and satellite office in Paris.  As the business scales, you will work across other locations, including Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa.


You will advise and coach line managers on people topics including strategic workforce planning, change management, performance management, key hiring decisions, and compensation programs and offer hands-on support. You will manage all ER cases and be able to identify issues and manage accordingly before the point of escalation. Working with a dedicated client group x 70 you will work in partnership with other areas of the business including Learning & Development, Staffing, People Operations, and Recruiting to ensure cross-utilization of information.


Strong commercial acumen, you will thrive in an environment of intelligent, entrepreneurial employees and be able to manage strong personalities. Previous experience working at a strategic level is key, as the business is looking for a true leader who is results driven. You will be involved in a number of projects around CSR, DE&I and Talent. Essentially, you will have been a Business Partner or Manager within a Tech organization who understands the challenges of a scale up! You will have 4 years’ experience working with senior Stakeholders and be a strong influencer.
