Senior L&D Specialist


£50K - £55K + Bonus

Our client, a scaling digital ventures organisation are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to come onboard. Reporting into the Lead of L&D, you will provide support and advice to London, as well as the satellite office in Paris with more international growth plans! You will be a passion in the L&D space and champion a strengths-based approach to personal and professional growth. Working closely with the broader People & Talent team, you will leverage and continue to scale and develop the L&D offering, partnering, and collaborating with L&D colleagues around the globe.


You will conduct training needs analysis for individuals and teams and create agile, bite sized, tailored learning and development programs, suitable for a fast-paced tech environment.  You will plan, oversee, and execute the delivery for all training courses and manage the onboarding of new starters. You will conduct regular reviews of training programs and build relationships with external vendors to optimize new opportunities. A strong relationship builder, you will make recommendations to the business and people leadership on future learning and development programs. A strong facilitator, you will be organised and pro-active in your approach. Most of the training is delivered externally but there would be an opportunity for the right person to deliver blended learning to the organization.


You will ideally have experience working within an international, scale up business and be confident taking on a Senior L&D role. Experience working within Tech is essential.
