Senior People Partner - Luxury Travel/Digital

£70k - £90k

Are you an experienced senior HR Manager/HR Business Partner who has worked for a creative SME business which is scaling up?

Have you worked for a business which has gone through a digital transformation?

Do you bring that pro-active, solutions focused mind-set and are excited by the idea of building out a UK HR function.

Privileged to partnering a luxury travel business who are looking to bring in a Senior People Partner as they build out there UK offering. With a h/q in Europe, you’ll work closely with the HR group function to implement HR practices and create a culture for the UK office.

Initially HR stand-alone, the business has ambitious growth trajectory, with plans to grow to 200h/c in the next 12 months.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify HR practices and initiatives to continue to nurture the culture of the business. This role is blended strategic and operational, you need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into the day to day!

The business is looking for someone who is open to a hybrid role, whilst HR is the focus there may be elements of operational management as they identify their London office.

You’ll work on a range of HR, D&I and engagement initiatives, come with bags of credibility and the ability to influence senior creative and passionate leaders.

You’ll be super versatile, driven and not fluffy HR! You’ll be a confident communicator, able to identify challenges and communicate back to leaders and bring a resilient and assertive style.

You'll bring creative flare, thinking on your feet and being agile in your methodology as well as being passionate about HR and making a difference.
