About the role.

We are working with a stand alone, pioneering, rock and roll drinks brand, who are looking for an experienced individual to lead and define their social media approach – Delivering mind blowing, unique, engaging, and thought-provoking ideas, that helps set the brand apart!

Are you a Social Media Manager with experience working for a creative and exciting brand? With experience of running large scale Social Media Campaigns - Managing a Social media team?

Reporting to the head of Brand Marketing, you will have great knowledge of the channels whilst creating a strong brand identity, building consumer perception through social, with a full editorial content approach. Helping grow the brand and increasing engagement.

We are looking for someone with experience of product and campaign launches through social.

The Role
  • Managing, growing and delivering the brand’s social media strategy, whilst managing the social media Team, including developing their editorial calendar across the business, overseeing the creation and delivery of compelling daily social media content.
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered across key channels and leading on social strategy for brand activity and campaigns, reposting on socials and findings.
  • Fostering, development and maintaining relationships with key social media channels and briefing external agencies on their social media approach
  • Management of performance against KPI’s

You:
  • Direct experience of managing a Social media team including creatives and executives - with experience in leading on a social media campaign for an exciting, dynamic, creative and exciting brand - with proven reputation for its social media.
  • 4- 5 Years’ experience of social strategy creation and social marketing (including owned, paid and earned) whilst experienced in managing a team of people to achieve goals.
  • Extensive experience of leading and managing social campaigns. Someone who thinks outside of the box with their approach – fresh and different from the pack!
  • Someone highly creative with their finger on the pulse, who can see a trend on the horizon before it arrives, whilst knowing why it is coming.*
  • Someone with social listening and social reporting experience

Salary £40,000 - £45,000
