Social Media Manager
Busy Creative agency
Hyper Flex Work model (2 days in)
£35k - £40k DOE

**Please only apply if you have several years experience within a busy marketing agency as a Social Media manager**

We are working with a creative marketing agency who work with several leading clients in the hospitality space. An industry leading, cutting edge agency with an amazing and down to earth culture!

They are busy with lots of exciting work and therefore the Social Media team is growing. They are looking for a Social Media Manager with proven experience managing accounts within an agency setting to work across a roster of well known hospitality accounts.

The role
  • Handling clients end-to-end social campaigns from strategies to creative calendars, through to posting and reporting.
  • Mainly IG/FB with some TikTok experience needed
  • Own end to end organic social media for a range of clients
  • Define and drive social strategies across all platforms for your roster of clients
  • Lead in the conceptualization and collaborate in the production of original content for clients, including photography, videography and working closely alongside the design team
  • Reactively and proactively grow the communities for each client to create a strong follower base
  • Producing monthly content plans for clients across all social media platforms - able to work agilely when needed, as things often change in the world of hospitality
  • Think of new and original post ideas that are aligned with client brand voice

The person
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts within an agency environment
  • Strategic experience of creating social plans
  • A solid knowledge of brand and content strategy
  • A love of Social Media and an excellent knowledge of all platforms
  • Proven experience in growing and managing TikTok accounts
  • A background working with clients in the lifestyle, travel, consumer or hospitality space
  • Collaborative with the ability to support team junior members
  • A passion for the F&B and hospitality space
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to channel varying brand TOVs
  • A confident, people person with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong Adobe CC, social listening and reporting skills
