Commercial & Strategic HR Business Partner - Luxury Brand
£90K - £100K + bonus + benefits
Hybrid: 2 - 3 Days in the Office

An incredible opportunity for a commercial and strategic HR Business Partner to join a fast paced, high profile luxury brand. Collaborating with a large COE in a high performing People & Culture team you’ll build exceptional relationships with your client group. Operating across core functions / head office your stakeholders are invested in people and rely heavily on their HRBP for strategic counsel.

A business on an exciting change and transformation journey around digital and ecommerce alongside a focus on building a high-performance culture, you’ll bring extensive experience of change management, organisation design, a coaching style and the ability to successfully influence at Board / C-Suite level.

You’ll strategically develop and deliver your People Strategy, take a proactive approach to enable business goals and demonstrate commercial acumen in your guidance. You will partner with your colleagues in L&D, talent management, reward and operations to ensure an exceptionally high level of delivery across your client base.

Our client is building on strong foundations and is looking to benefit from People Partnering experience gained in different fast paced, commercial and high performing organisations. You’ll have worked within a large UK based organisation (2000 plus) and successfully with Centre of Excellence model.

Successful candidates will have strong ability to evidence data, metrics and reporting to show impact, bring energy and passion for people initiatives and be able to lead and deliver on HR projects in a complex organisation. Expertise and understanding of full employee lifecycle, but operating in a true HRBP remit. You’ll demonstrate strategic approach to talent pathways, development, performance and showcase creativity in your solutions.
