I am excited to be collaborating with an exciting Design agency in the search for a Studio Coordinator / Manager to join their central London offices. This is a fast-paced agency in which you will be the ‘go to’ person. The East London based Studio, is small and tight knit, with a hardworking and muck in approach and a fun culture. Working closely with the Creative Director in a really ‘hands-on’ position, this role will give you excellent exposure to the industry and allow you to hone your administration skills.
As Studio Coordinator / Manager, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for keeping the office running smoothly at all times. You will handle all facets of support from organising photoshoots, booking travel, managing diaries, answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting, ensuring that the office is looking its best at all times, facilities management and generally assisting the Founder. This is a varied, studio-based role, that requires a robust, forward thinking person, who loves what they do!
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Studio Coordinator / Manager with at least 2 years in the creative industry. You will have a real passion for what you do and thrive in a busy and fast-paced role. You will be comfortable in a small, tight knit team and will be happy working on your own initiative as well as working as part of a group.
