Calling all Part Time Studio & Traffic Managers from Creative Agencies!!

An exciting, fast-growing, creative agency based in East London, are looking for a top class Studio Manger to join their team on a part time basis (3 days a week). This is a fantastic opportunity to flex your project management skills in a forward thinking, hungry agency with a number of interesting clients and a great team!

Based in Shoreditch, your role will be integral to the entire studio! Day to day you will be working closely with the team to organise all workflow and resources, ensuring they are effectively resourced and not over capacity. You will build and manage a freelance talent pool to ensure all projects can be delivered on time to the highest spec and tight deadlines. You will track and report on workflow and utilisation ensuring in house options are considered before engaging your external talent pool. You will also be responsible for the operations of the agency, managing Studio contractors, negotiating, coordinating events, managing the physical space and being the face of the agency and the lynchpin. Additionally, your role will work closely with the CEO and MD in an admin capacity and will support with a HR element. This is a very varied Studio Management role with excellent room for growth. 

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 4 years’ experience in traffic/ workflow/ resource management from within an agency environment – this is essential. You will be a born organiser, most comfortable when juggling multiple priorities and wearing many hats. You will be a natural problem solver, able to manage both people and projects with tact, diplomacy and energy. You will be comfortable in ambiguity and under pressure as this is a fast-moving, high performing team. You will also thrive when being the main point of contact for a studio, the ‘all-knowing’ and lynchpin of a team!  Proficiency in Mac software (G-Suite, Keynote, InDesign) would also be a benefit!
