Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter - Creative Advertising

My client is a leading, award winning creative advertising agency who are going through an exciting period of growth following new business wins!

They have an opportunity for an immediately available experienced recruiter to join on a temp to perm basis.

Working within their Talent Acquisition team, you'll specialise in hiring across creative, account handling and strategy and will be competent in building strong stakeholder relationships within this fast paced creative culture.

The role is for an experienced operational recruiter with either recruitment agency or in-house TA experience in placing creative, account handling and strategy talent within advertising.

To be successful, you'll need to bring your black book of advertising talent contacts ... Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Account Managers, Account Directors, Strategy Directors ...

You'll partner with hiring Managers on planning talent solutions and with fantastic D&I and employer branding projects kicking off later in the year, you'll have scope to lead on exciting talent projects.

Whilst temping you could join on a fully remote  flexible basis and moving to hybrid onsite/WFH model once permanent. 

We can consider either part time or full time.  Options for Day Rate or FTC whilst temping
