As a Temporary Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a buzzy and fast paced advertising agency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist with data entry, filing, and document organisation.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings as requested.
  • Facility Management:
    • Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of common areas.
    • Ensure office supplies are stocked.
    • Coordinate with building management for any facility-related issues.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
    • Coordinate catering and logistics for special events.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members to provide support where needed.
    • Communicate effectively with different departments to address office-related issues.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle confidential information.
