As a Temporary Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a buzzy and fast paced advertising agency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organisation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings as requested.
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of common areas.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate with building management for any facility-related issues.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Coordinate catering and logistics for special events.
- Work closely with team members to provide support where needed.
- Communicate effectively with different departments to address office-related issues.

- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
