About the role.

£35,000 per annum || 1-2 Months || Start Date: ASAP

This market-leading furniture brand is looking for an exceptional Sales Support Executive to jump into this close-knit team and assist with their sales and account management processes.

You will be working closely with the Account Managers, assisting with creating quotes, providing tech support, and ensuring special requests are communicated and met. You will also be working within Customer Support, answering queries and providing advice, as well as interacting with the Designers and Sales Teams to ensure customer briefs are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Full training will be provided, and you will be responsible for:

-       Delivering excellent customer service

-       Ensure customer requests are handled end-to-end in a full, prompt, and accurate manner

-       Meeting individual and team specific targets

-       Working across teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded

 
The roll is full time, and is based in their Central London office.

The ideal candidate will have:


-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-       The ability to prioritise workload and plan their time effectively

-       Minimum 1 years’ experience in a sales or customer service environment

-       A strong grasp of IT systems
