About the role.

Are you looking for temporary receptionist work within the creative sector? We are currently recruiting for a fabulous receptionist for an exciting advertising agency full of good vibes!   

Key responsibilities: 
  • Meeting and greeting clients and guests, and being a friendly face 
  • Responding to enquiries and providing administrative support 
  • Being the enthusiastic first point of contact answering phone calls 
  • Booking couriers and meeting rooms for brilliant and dynamic companies 
  • Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers alike  
Knowledge and Experiences: 
  • At least 1-2 years + reception experience within the ever-exciting creative industry 
  • Enthusiastic, confident and personable 
  • Motivated to be a positive, professional part of the dynamic and fun company culture 
  • Brilliant communication skills and strong attention to detail 
  • Customer service and front of house experience required 
  • Well-presented (creative attire friendly!) 
  • Preferable but not required: Switchboard experience 
  • Sufficient with Microsoft packages
