Michelle has been with Impact for 5 years and has led the Secretarial Support team since March 2016. She is recognised by her clients, candidates, and colleagues for her talent and dedication with 2018 the standout year for her. Not only did she lead her team to success, Michelle contributed immensely within our senior management team, Social Impact projects whilst smashing her targets for the year!
This promotion is well deserved and we are delighted for her.
Importantly, this is a smart move for Impact and in her new role, Michelle will contribute hugely to the continued success of the company. Her remit as Director will be assisting the Founding Partners in strategy and growth as well as leading her team to continued media industry domination!
Congratulations on your promotion. What does it mean to you?
“It is a hugely exciting next chapter in my Impact career. The moment I set foot into the Impact offices 5 years ago, I knew it was where I wanted to be long term and have thrown myself into every aspect of the role. I am just incredibly grateful to have had a voice in the agency from day one and for being recognised for doing the things I love! Having worked closely with Co-Founders, Nick and Jules, for a long time, I have been able to get involved in numerous projects and this feels like the culmination of 5 years’ hard work and dedication to the agency and proof that you really do get out what you put in!
As a woman of colour from a working class background in rural Wales, I feel proud to be part of the leadership team in an agency practising what we preach and championing people who work hard. This opportunity is a testament to our values of diversity and inclusion and I am excited to get started!”
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
“There are so many projects already in motion including our ‘future proofing talent through diversity’ focus, which I will continue to drive forward. I am also looking forward to having a hand in developing the up and coming talent within the business and continuing to grow the agency!”
