Here we go again! My work experience comes to an end. It’s my second time at Impact (last year I spent 3 months as part of an internship) and AGAIN it was an amazing experience.
This time I was with the HR team, helping them in their different tasks. I did a lot of candidate sourcing which enabled me to learn more about the different HR role (as I want to work in HR it was a very interesting experience :). I also shadowed some candidate interviews, wrote job adverts and did a lot research on our clients. This experience gave me the opportunity to learn more about recruitment from an agency point of view. As well as learning about recruitment I discovered more about the creative industry which is very busy, exciting and trendy environment in which I would love to work in.
Thanks Impact to again give me the opportunity to do this work experience with you. It’s always a pleasure to evolve in such a great and friendly atmosphere and I really appreciate working at Impact!
I am leaving London again and its lovely atmosphere, bye gorgeous Shoreditch, bye Leather Lane market, next stop is Paris!
