Since graduating from Uni (Law) Ferhan worked in HR/Recruitment over the last 6+ years across different commercial industries, but specifically within the creative space over the last 3 years…
The creative journey for Ferhan began within one of the largest independent youth media company, where he was first exposed to the power of creative content and its impact (no pun intended). He then moved across into a ‘New Model’ communications marketing agency where he fully immersed himself into the environment, amongst the creative crafters from design teams, copywriters and creative producers. Driven by passion and culture, the agencies mission is to be a change agent within the industry, which made it a perfect opportunity for Ferhan to develop himself and grow his experience.
After a stint away from the industry, Ferhan joined an award winning independent creative-led design studio. This was an opportunity that gave Ferhan the platform to excel in his knowledge within design and creative job roles, making him our expert to lead and drive our creative search for Impact Recruitment.
