About the role.


We're on the lookout for a charismatic, dynamic and highly experienced Account Manager to join a super slick integrated marketing agency, who work with luxury hospitality companies, global tech and Entertainment brands. Someone who can drive end to end campaigns and have the energy, charisma and passion to build incredible and productive relationships with clients!

Due to continued success, they are on the lookout for a talented AM to team up with their Client Director and deliver client growth and exceptional campaign delivery across various digital campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include day-to-day account management, strategic planning for account growth, and ensuring all work meets high standards. As the main point of contact, you'll build genuine connections, gaining client trust and driving success.

Key Duties:
  • Day-to-day account management
  • Strategically drive accounts forward
  • Ensure all work meets agency standards
  • Collaborate with project management.
  • Manage budgets, plan and drive new business through existing clients.
  • Plan and run quarterly meetings with clients

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 1+ years’ Account Management level & 3 years minimum in account handling.
  • Agency experience essential
  • Confident communicator with the ability to drive relationships with accounts
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools & techniques
  • Experience in paid social, paid search, organic social, and or website optimisation support
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team.
  • Positive, open-minded, and sociable
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing
