Operations Coordinator – Creative
London based (full time in office)
30-35K

A creative and dynamic organisation based in Central London, are looking for a top-class Facilities and Operations Coordinator to join their thriving team! Based in beautiful offices, you will join a collaborative team and  play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities.

Day to day, you will be based on the Front of House, greeting guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. With a blend of FOH responsibilities and operational tasks, you'll manage meeting rooms, oversee IT support, and handle facilities and health & safety-related duties. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the heart of our organisation and make a real impact. In return you will be part of a friendly, passionate team in a buzzing, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Being the friendly face of the business, acting as primary point of contact
  • Manage meeting rooms and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle basic IT support, ensuring hardware and software issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and improvements, from scheduling contractors to overseeing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across all facilities.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement changes and improvements.
  • Manage operations service contracts and budgets efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide operational support as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an operations/ Facilities management capacity.
  • Strong IT skills, including Level 1 support and basic troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with change and adaptable to fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
  • H&S qualifications or relevant experience preferred.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Positive, bubbly attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment.
