Operations Manager - Creative Agency

Are you a seasoned operations professional seeking a fulfilling role in a thriving creative agency? Look no further!

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Operations/Office Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of Central London. As the backbone of our agency, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering an inspiring work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • day-to-day office management tasks including facilities, maintenance, equipment usage etc.
  • the Receptionist and providing coverage when needed.
  • administrative functions including reception, mail handling, scheduling and expenses for SLT.
  • the implementation of a new systems and optimising office layout for better functionality.
  • office events and meetings, both internal and external.
  • vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for office services.
  • and maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • HR functions, including onboarding new employees and managing records.
  • with budget management and expense tracking.
  • compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • as a point of contact for staff inquiries and operational issues.
  • IT problems and liaising with external IT services to improve efficiency.
  • a positive office culture through thoughtful initiatives and events.
  • contracts with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • years in office and operations from within the media, creative or fashion industry.
  • passionate self-starter, with a driven and proactive approach.
  • and ability to foster positive relationships.
  • and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • and adaptable, able to navigate a diverse operational role.
  • tactful and emotionally intelligent communicator
  • demonstrates long-term commitment in previous roles
  • in luxury markets preferred.
