Outdoor Creative Lead
£60K with substantial bonus
12 Month FTC
Hybrid - 3 Days in the Office / Central London

We are working with an entertainment giant who are looking for an Creative lead for their well established Outdoor division
As Creative Outdoor Lead, you'll work closely with the Creative Director to drive creativity, bring creative ideas to life and help shape unforgettable campaigns.
You’ll also build industry relationships, formulate creative strategy and drive growth through innovation.

Responsibilities
• Generating fresh ideas into award winning campaigns
• Contribute to the creation and launch of new products, from conception to execution.
• Foster partnerships with creative agencies and stakeholders
• Identify new creative and business opportunities
• Collaborate with the Outdoor Creative Director to drive creativity
• Generate ideas which will lead to NPDs
• Act as contact for creative agencies
• Keep up to date with industry trends

What you need:
• Knowledge and experience of Outdoor Advertising
• Passion, energy, and ambition.
• A creative and innovative mindset.
• A keen eye for design and technology with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
