PA to CEO + HR Admin – Media Agency
Central London (On-site daily)
35-45K DOE

A pioneering media company are in search of new EA & HR pro to join their team! Based in beautiful offices, this is a dynamic role encompassing two pivotal functions: serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and providing essential HR support. As the CEO's trusted aide, you'll manage their daily schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, facilitate key meetings, and undertake a spectrum of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Simultaneously, you'll contribute to HR administration across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to benefits coordination and policy development. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in both executive support and HR operations within a stimulating, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant:
  • Manage CEO's diary and inbox, ensuring optimal time management and communication flow.
  • Coordinate travel logistics comprehensively, from itineraries to transportation arrangements.
  • Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and action item follow-ups.
  • Execute diverse administrative tasks, including expense management and correspondence drafting.
  • Assist in event coordination and marketing collateral sourcing.
  • Design and coordinate presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships across the organisation and provide proactive support to senior management.
  • Assist in PPT pitch deck preparation
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • General Admin support as required
HR Coordinator:
  • Oversee HR administration
  • Maintain the HR systems and maintain records.
  • Support recruitment efforts, from job description creation to candidate coordination.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and induction programs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with finance for payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate interviews and update recruitment workflows.
  • Assist in policy development, employee lifecycle administration, and employee relations support.
  • Assist with people projects
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in demanding administrative roles, preferably as an executive assistant or PA
  • Experience working with HR and an understanding of HR admin tasks and processes
  • Media or creative industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to make independent decisions.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and exceptional organisational skills.
