Personal Assistant - Leading Creative Design Studio
Central London – Soho (5 days in office)

Are you an organised, proactive, and dedicated professional with both passion and an eye for the creative? This exciting leading Creative Design Studio is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Founder. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive, fun and creative environment, where you can contribute to innovative projects and support the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive and complex diary management.
  • Manage correspondence – overseeing the inbox, drafting and filing emails.
  • Organising meetings, preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of projects.
  • Managing monthly Board meetings
  • Booking restaurants
  • Managing staff reviews and tracking actions
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for senior staff.
  • Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and functions.
  • Manage expenses and budgets
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3 years+ proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in a creative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Top class organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidential and discreet
  • A positive ‘can do’ approach and a natural team player
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
