Tell us about your experience?
I have come from mainly a Tech recruitment background and for the last 4 years have been working with clients across the UK and Europe. I am looking to build on my experience to make positive waves within the HR field.
Why did you choose Impact?
The company values resonated with me and the people matched my ambition of what I would like to achieve moving forward. I’m looking forward to adapting my experience and specialising in the HR and Talent space.
How have your first few days gone?
It has been a positive start to life at Impact. The transition has been smooth because the people have made it easy for me to adapt. The training program has allowed me to fully grasp the way recruitment is done at this company.
