Here at Impact, our HR Division have experienced a very busy start to 2016, demonstrated with an array of interesting, strategic hires across the media and creative landscape.
At the end of 2015 our clients drew on our expertise for key specialist talent within Diversity & Inclusion, L&D and HRIS project implementation specialists. Furthermore, influential HR Directors continue to be sought to manage UK, EMEA and global HR functions, particularly within media and luxury brands.
Moving into 2016 at the mid to senior level tier, our clients are hiring true HR Business Partners vital for their commercial and strategic outlook to partner senior stakeholders. This has been especially prevalent for creative and marketing agencies which have seen organisational and transformational change over recent months.
The last half of 2015 saw a significant increase in junior hires within creative agencies – from HR Administrators through to HR Advisor level. This was largely due to promotions and team expansion, which demonstrates the investment our clients are making in their talent.
Overall, it’s been a hugely successful start to the year for us and we foresee this continuing! Exciting movements within the media industry will see acquisitions and collaborations requiring experts from our talented network.
