It was fantastic to partner with The Hospital Club Foundation on Friday in their Head Start Programme. Their charity focus is to connect disadvantaged young people to training, experiences and opportunities in the creative industries. It aims to build a bridge between creative professionals and underrepresented young people, raising aspirations and providing access to previously inaccessible opportunities.
This is very closely aligned with our ‘Future Proofing Talent through Diversity’ programme and was a natural symmetry for us to partner together. Joining the h. Club team in their closing session were Impactee’s Lisa Rider, Senior Consultant – HR Division and Laura Freedman, Consultant – Marketing Division who took 6 of the participants through a mock interview process. A truly rewarding session that enabled us to reach talented individuals from broader parts of society. The Impact team are looking forward to welcoming all 10 participants at our office to register and support them in their job search, where we hope to be able to secure opportunities for these talented individuals within our extensive client base.
