What is it?
Three part online webinars (3 x 1hr) taking a deeper look at Race within the D&I space, presented as a collaboration between Impact and colourfull taking place during May / June.

Who is it for?
The sessions are tailored for and pitched at Senior HR Leaders with accountability for D&I in their organisations across the creative and media industries.
Why should I attend?
As an ex-People Director, Dee understands the challenges and pressures People functions face in creating an inclusive culture whilst also having to influence and initiate the difficult conversations required to create positive change. The sessions will be a balance of information and conversation in a supportive environment.
What is colourfull?
Dee founded colourfull in the belief that creating an inclusive world requires a fresh approach to creating change using data, storytelling and design thinking. With expertise in Race and LGBTQ inclusion, along with leadership experience in HR and Internal Communications, he takes a pragmatic view in helping businesses achieve progress, not perfection.
