It’s so great to be back, Thanks for the lovely warm welcome! My travels were the best – something I will be forever grateful I did! Met some of the most amazing people, some friends for life and made some amazing memories. Australia has some of the most beautiful scenery and I would highly recommend that people see it at least once if they can!
Where was your favourite spot to visit?
My favourite spot to visit was K’gari Island (formally known as Fraser Island). It has the most incredible history and the most stunning beaches and wildlife.
Remind us about your remit at Impact
Since 2019, I have worked on the Temporary Support Team here at Impact. I am now a Senior Talent Partner, recruiting across the following Temporary roles: Reception + Front of House, Administrative Assistants, Team Assistants, Office Managers, EAs/PAs, Events Assistants, Office Runners, Studio Assistants/Managers and everything in between! Over the years, I have also filled quite a few weird and wonderful roles so always encourage my clients to check with me regarding the role even if it’s not in my direct remit, as we have excellent and versatile candidates.
What does a day in the life of a senior consultant look like?
A day in the life for me changes every day, which I love and thrive off! The constants though, are speaking to new candidates looking for their next role and catching up with my Clients and Candidates. The volume of temp bookings that come in varies from day to day, but I’m always actively recruiting. Like the rest of the team, I am always looking for new ways to bring new business in and like to focus on that throughout the day. Safe to say it’s always fast-paced!
Share your number one tip you tell your candidates to help them get their next role!
My number one tip would be top-tier communication and complete transparency with your recruiter. We always want to do the best job for everyone involved! For temp, in particular, keeping us updated with your availability is number one.
