As part of our Future Proofing Talent through Diversity programme, Impact will be shining the torch on ‘Women in Tech’ in an upcoming Virtual Event.
We are currently shaping this session as it’s a challenge the industry recognises and will create a platform for peers across the industry to discuss:-
• How can we better encourage women into Tech
• Brainstorm methods of attraction and progressing their careers
• Overcoming gender imbalance challenges at leadership level
We will be inviting a group of Senior HR and Talent specialists in the tech field, alongside D&I specialists and female tech business leaders as contributors to the discussion.
